We specialize in two core areas: corporate wellness and elderly fitness. For businesses, we provide wellness talks and customized training programs to keep teams strong, mobile, and injury-free. For retirement communities, we offer 45-minute sessions that focus on mobility, strength, and joint health—all in a supportive and uplifting environment. Our Services
Construction, Mining & Industrial Wellness Programs
We provide engaging wellness talks and personalised training programmes tailored for companies with manual labour, factories, construction, and maintenance workers. Our talks focus on the physical well-being of workers and how they can protect themselves anatomically and physiologically while working. This helps prevent long-term injuries such as chronic back pain, musculoskeletal pain in the upper limbs, and conditions associated with a high risk of arthritis, asthma, and lung cancer.
Elderly Wellness Sessions
We offer engaging wellness talks and inclusive exercise routines designed for retirement communities. Our sessions focus on mobility, joint health, and holistic well-being. They help prevent long-term health issues and promote physical well-being. Each session lasts 45 minutes and targets all major muscle groups.

We start with an interactive talk on body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention. Then we provide a customized training program with stretches and exercises employees can integrate into their daily routines. Sessions can be one-time or recurring.
We offer 45-minute wellness sessions tailored to the needs of elderly individuals. These sessions include light cardio, mobility drills, strength maintenance, and joint-friendly movements—designed to support independence and physical confidence.
Yes! We bring everything needed for the session, from mats and resistance bands to small weights and other accessories. You don’t need to provide anything.
Absolutely. Our sessions are low-impact and adaptable, and Kelebogile takes the time to assess each group’s abilities. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace, and seated options are available when necessary.
